The short version
How does SodaBoost work?
SodaBoost is designed as a once-a-day gummy that fits into a morning routine. Its nine ingredients are each linked with energy, stress or vigor in traditional use or small studies.
That is the proposal. The proof is thinner. Nobody has run a trial on SodaBoost as a product, so any claim about how it works rests on studies of single ingredients at much larger doses.
The sales FAQ frames it as support for male energy, stamina and vitality. It is a dietary supplement, not a drug, and the FDA does not approve supplements before they are sold (FDA, Supplement Q&A).

Your day
How is SodaBoost meant to fit into your day?
The label says one gummy once daily. The other three steps are habits that make the result easier to judge.
- 01
Chew one gummy
One gummy, once a day, as the label directs. No water needed.
- 02
Pick a steady time
The sales FAQ suggests the morning or about 30 minutes before your main activity or workout.
- 03
Count your caffeine
Each gummy has 5 mg. Keep your daily total from coffee, tea and energy drinks in check.
- 04
Track it for 60 days
Note sleep, energy and workouts. Decide before the 60-day window closes.
Four groups
What is each ingredient group proposed to do?
The formula is built around four ideas. Each one is a proposed role, based on how the ingredient has been sold or studied, not on tests of the gummy.
Quick alertness
Caffeine and green tea extract are the stimulant pair. Caffeine is the best-studied ingredient in the blend, but 5 mg is a very small amount.
Stress and sleep
Ashwagandha has been studied for stress and sleep at 250 to 600 mg a day (ODS, Ashwagandha). Better sleep is the idea behind steadier energy.
Traditional vigor tonics
Muira puama, maca and catuaba come from South American folk use for vigor. Only maca has small human trials.
Circulation and drive
L-arginine is a building block of nitric oxide. Tribulus and horny goat weed are sold for drive, with weak or no human evidence.
Evidence check
What does research actually show for each SodaBoost ingredient?
Research supports a few of these roles in a limited way, and only at doses SodaBoost does not reach. Ingredients listed after caffeine (5 mg) can weigh no more than 5 mg each, because blends are listed by weight (FDA, Labeling guide).
| Ingredient | Proposed role | What research shows | Dose gap |
|---|---|---|---|
| Muira puama | Vigor tonic | Trials of it alone are lacking (Drugs.com, Muira puama) | 0.5-1.5 g studied; at most 82 mg here |
| Maca | Sexual well-being, mood | 4 small trials, limited evidence (Shin et al., 2010) | 1.5-3 g studied; under 82 mg here |
| Catuaba | Vigor tonic | Insufficient evidence for every use (RxList, Catuaba) | No established dose |
| Green tea extract | Alertness, catechins | Contains caffeine; liver reports with extract pills (NCCIH, Green tea) | Amount not disclosed |
| Caffeine | Alertness | Well studied (FDA, Caffeine) | 5 mg; a 6-oz coffee has 75-100 mg |
| Ashwagandha | Stress, sleep | Moderate evidence for stress and sleep (ODS, Ashwagandha) | 250-600 mg studied; 5 mg or less here |
| L-arginine | Circulation | 2-20 g showed little performance effect (ODS, Exercise supplements) | 2 g or more studied; 5 mg or less here |
| Tribulus | Drive | No effect on strength or sex hormones in 8 weeks (ODS, Exercise supplements) | 5 mg or less here |
| Horny goat weed | Drive | More study needed (MSKCC, Epimedium) | Sold as 250-500 mg pills; 5 mg or less here |
The stimulant
Will you feel the caffeine in SodaBoost?
Most people will not notice 5 mg of caffeine on its own. A 6-oz cup of coffee has 75 to 100 mg (MedlinePlus, Caffeine), so one gummy is a small fraction of a cup.
The FDA's general limit for healthy adults is 400 mg a day (FDA, Caffeine). One gummy uses about 1% of that. If you already drink coffee, the gummy adds very little. If you avoid caffeine entirely, it still counts.

What is in one SodaBoost gummy?
Honest view
Why might someone feel better on SodaBoost?
If you feel more energetic, the daily routine around the gummy is the likeliest reason. A fixed morning habit often comes with earlier bedtimes, more water and more planned workouts.
- Sleep: adults need 7 or more hours a night (CDC, Sleep).
- Movement: 150 minutes of moderate activity a week is the adult target (CDC, Activity).
- Expectation: people often rate themselves better when they expect a change.
- Caffeine: a small lift is possible if you take in little caffeine otherwise.
None of that is a reason to skip it, but it is a reason to track honestly. Our results timeline shows how.
Safety first
Who should check with a doctor before starting SodaBoost?
Anyone on prescription medicine should ask first. L-arginine can drop blood pressure too low with nitrates or ED medicine (Mayo Clinic, L-arginine), and ashwagandha interacts with diabetes, thyroid and blood pressure drugs (NCCIH, Ashwagandha).

FAQ
How SodaBoost works: FAQ
How does SodaBoost work in the body?
SodaBoost has not been studied as a product, so there is no proven mechanism. Its caffeine is a mild stimulant, ashwagandha has been studied for stress and sleep, and the other herbs come from traditional use. The amounts in one gummy are far below research doses.
Is SodaBoost a stimulant?
SodaBoost contains a stimulant, but only a small amount. Each gummy has 5 mg of caffeine plus green tea extract, which also contains some caffeine. A 6-oz cup of coffee has 75 to 100 mg (MedlinePlus, Caffeine), so the gummy is much milder than coffee.
Does SodaBoost increase nitric oxide?
There is no evidence that it does. L-arginine is a building block of nitric oxide, but studies used 2 to 20 g a day with little effect on performance (ODS, Exercise supplements). In SodaBoost, L-arginine is listed after caffeine, so it can be 5 mg or less.
Does SodaBoost work like ED medicine?
No. SodaBoost is a dietary supplement, not a drug, and it is not an ED treatment. It does not act like any prescription medicine. Erection problems can be a sign of diabetes, heart disease or high blood pressure (NIDDK, ED causes), so they deserve a doctor visit.
Is there any study on SodaBoost?
No. We know of no published trial of SodaBoost itself. Studies exist on single ingredients such as maca and ashwagandha, at doses of hundreds of milligrams to several grams a day. Results from those studies cannot be assumed for an 82 mg blend.
Do I need to take SodaBoost with food?
The label does not say. It only says to take 1 gummy once daily. The sales FAQ suggests the morning or about 30 minutes before your main activity. Taking it with breakfast is a simple way to remember it, and it does not need water.
Can SodaBoost replace my coffee?
Probably not, if you rely on coffee for alertness. One gummy has 5 mg of caffeine, while a 12-oz brewed coffee has 113 to 247 mg (FDA, Caffeine). Most coffee drinkers will feel no caffeine swap. Keep counting both toward your daily total.
