SodaBoost Results and Before-and-After Claims: What Is Real and What Is Not

Quick answer

No published study of SodaBoost exists, so no before-and-after result can be attributed to it. Trials of single ingredients, like maca at 1.5 to 3 g a day, ran 6 to 12 weeks and reported self-rated changes. The fair test is the 60-day window with a weekly diary and no other changes to sleep, coffee or training.

Six bottles is 180 days of one-a-day use. No published study of SodaBoost covers even one of those days.

The record

What published results does SodaBoost have?

None. No trial of SodaBoost has been published. No before-and-after data exists for the gummy. This site publishes no customer results either, because none have been matched to real orders.

That is not a dodge; it is the starting fact. Anyone showing you a SodaBoost before-and-after is showing you something that cannot be traced to a study of the product. The FTC asks sellers to hold evidence that fits the claim (FTC, Health products guidance), and the FTC's 2024 rule bans fake testimonials outright (FTC, Fake reviews rule).

What does exist is research on single ingredients at much larger doses. That research sets the expectations below.

Ingredient trials

What do ingredient studies say about results and timing?

What the cited ingredient research reports, and how it compares with the SodaBoost label
IngredientStudied dose and lengthWhat was measuredSodaBoost label
Maca1.5-3.5 g a day, 2-12 weeks (Shin 2010)Self-rated sexual well-being; limited evidencePart of an 82 mg blend
Ashwagandha250-600 mg a day (ODS)Stress and sleep questionnairesPart of an 82 mg blend, at most 5 mg by label order
L-arginine2-10 g a day (ODS exercise sheet)Exercise performance, mixed findingsAt most 5 mg by label order
Caffeine75-100 mg in a 6-oz coffee (MedlinePlus)Alertness5 mg per gummy
TribulusVarious (MSKCC)No good evidence for testosterone in menAt most 5 mg by label order

Two things stand out. The time frames were 6 to 12 weeks, not days. And the amounts were tens to hundreds of times the whole SodaBoost blend. A study of maca does not predict a result from a few milligrams of maca.

Energy claims

Does SodaBoost boost your energy?

The sales FAQ positions it for energy, stamina and vitality. The one ingredient with a known, printed, fast-acting effect is caffeine, and the dose is 5 mg, about a twentieth of a small coffee (MedlinePlus, Caffeine). Any energy change beyond that would have to come from the herbs, at amounts that are not printed and were not studied at that size.

Energy itself has well-known inputs. The CDC lists sleep and 150 minutes of weekly activity as basics (CDC, Sleep) (CDC, Adult activity). MedlinePlus lists medical causes of fatigue that a gummy cannot touch (MedlinePlus, Fatigue). If those are not in place, a before-and-after of a gummy measures noise.

Timing

How long does SodaBoost take to work, if it works?

There is no published answer. The closest anchor is the maca trial range of 6 to 12 weeks (Shin et al., 2010). Judge SodaBoost inside the 60-day window, because that is when a refund is still possible, and because anything shorter is guesswork.

A product with 5 mg of caffeine can feel like something within an hour on an empty stomach. That is caffeine, and it is not a result. Separate the two by keeping your coffee the same throughout the test.

Why 60 days, not 6

Self-rated changes drift with sleep, stress and season. A week is too short to tell a gummy from a good week. Sixty days with a weekly score is still crude, but it is the fairest test a single buyer can run.

A fair test

How do you run an honest SodaBoost before-and-after yourself?

  1. Week zero: score sleep hours, 3 p.m. energy, mood and workouts, before the first gummy.
  2. Days 1 to 60: one gummy each morning, as the sales FAQ suggests, same coffee, same bedtime, same training.
  3. Every Sunday: score the same four items, and note any medicine changes or illness.
  4. Day 55: read the sheet. If nothing moved, call +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID before the window closes.
  5. Anything measured in a lab, like hormone levels, belongs to a doctor, not a diary. Maca may interfere with a testosterone test, so tell the clinic.

This will not produce a photo. It produces a number you can trust more than a photo.

Safety

Who should not test SodaBoost at all?

A result is worthless if the gummy is wrong for you. The label tells pregnant or nursing women, people on medication and people with a medical condition to consult a doctor first. The ingredient list adds these.

  • Under 18: not for you; the gummy is sold for adults only.
  • Pregnant or nursing: the label asks you to check with your doctor before the first gummy.
  • On nitrates or an ED prescription: L-arginine and horny goat weed in the blend can matter here.
  • On blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid or blood-thinner medicine: get a doctor's answer first.
  • Living with heart disease: the caffeine and the herb mix need a medical opinion.
  • Reacting badly after a dose: stop, and talk to your doctor, as the label says.

The interaction facts: L-arginine and blood pressure, nitrates and ED drugs (Mayo Clinic, L-arginine); ashwagandha and rare liver reports (NCCIH, Ashwagandha); horny goat weed and rare liver reports (LiverTox, Horny goat weed). SodaBoost is not FDA approved, like every supplement.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does SodaBoost really work?

No published study says so, and none says it fails. The ingredient research used far larger doses over 6 to 12 weeks. The only fair test is your own 60-day diary.

How long does SodaBoost take to work?

Not published. Maca trials ran 6 to 12 weeks, so give it the full 60-day window and decide by day 55 while the refund route is open.

Are SodaBoost before-and-after photos real?

None are published by this site or in our sources. A photo cannot be traced to a study of the gummy, and the FTC bans fake testimonials.

Does SodaBoost boost your energy?

It holds 5 mg of caffeine, about a twentieth of a small coffee. Beyond that, no energy effect from the blend has been studied. Sleep and activity remain the main inputs.

When do testosterone boosters work, and does that apply to SodaBoost?

SodaBoost is not sold as a testosterone booster, and the cited sources show no good hormone evidence for tribulus. Low testosterone needs a doctor and blood tests, not a timeline.

What result should I expect from SodaBoost?

A modest one at most. With about 9 mg of each herb on average and no trial, expect a small daily gummy, not a transformation, and let a 60-day diary judge it.

Our view

Our view

SodaBoost results are an empty column, and we would rather say so than fill it with photos. The ingredient research is interesting at gram doses and silent at milligram ones.

Run the 60-day test if you are curious and healthy. Keep your coffee and sleep steady so the gummy gets a fair hearing. If you are tired every day or your erections have changed, that is a reason to see a doctor first (NIDDK, ED facts), not to buy a bigger pack.
